Leadership
Orion is led by founder and CEO Kat Jordan, whose career in financial services spans more than 30 years. With a background in business finance and hands-on experience troubleshooting the complex field of health insurance, Kat is a Certified Medical Reimbursement Specialist (CMRS) and has built Orion around one goal: to help clinics succeed.
What is Orion?
Orion (oh-rye-in) is one of the most recognizable constellations in the night sky. Named after a hunter in Greek mythology, Orion has long served as a guide for travelers, a reminder of direction, strength, perseverance, and hope. Across cultures, the figure of Orion has stood for resilience in the face of challenge. We chose the name Orion to reflect those same values: aiming higher, persisting through obstacles, and helping to guide the way ahead.
