Pricing

We believe in transparent, fair pricing — no hidden fees, no “hard sell.”

  • Flat rate or percentage-based pricing is available, depending on the scope of work.
  • A monthly minimum applies. Exact cost depends on your practice size and services required.
  • We charge only for what you need, and nothing you don’t.

Every practice is different. The best way to determine cost is a quick conversation. We’ll listen to what you need, explain the options clearly, and ensure the agreement is fair and straightforward.

Consulting

This service is best suited for practices with their own in-house billing staff who want a focused review and practical guidance to improve their processes.

Our billing analysis and consulting service provides a structured review of your practice’s revenue cycle. We examine key areas such as insurance contracts, patient intake workflows, claim submission accuracy, and denials management.

You’ll receive a clear report of findings that identifies where current procedures are strong, where they can be improved, and where revenue may be slipping through the cracks. Recommendations are tailored to help your practice stay compliant, improve efficiency, and strengthen financial performance.

While our capacity for consulting engagements is currently limited, we’re happy to discuss availability and determine whether this is a good fit for your practice at this time.

Staff Training

Your revenue depends heavily on your administrative staff’s understanding of their roles and their ability to carry out each step of their processes.

We can assess your staff’s understanding of insurance and billing, then provide targeted training to strengthen their day-to-day performance. The goal is improved patient handling, better front desk collections, and a billing team that puts money in the bank.

We can also create customized forms and checklists tailored to your practice’s workflow, giving your staff clear, step-by-step guidance for their daily tasks.
